【第十三屆台新藝術獎國際決選委員異動公告】
第十三屆台新藝術獎原定邀請蘿娜‧迪芬波特(Rhana Devenport)女士擔任國際決選委員之一，因蘿娜個人臨時狀況無法來台，取消本屆台新藝術獎決選行程。
基金會再次邀請曾任第十二屆台新藝術獎決審委員，前東京藝術節節目總監，現任「藝術公社」代表理事相馬千秋(Chiaki Soma)女士，擔任本屆國際決選委員。相馬女士亦將受邀擔任本屆「國際決審特別企劃－拉近看見／被看見的距離－國際策展人、藝術家和大眾的集體約會」特別活動與談人。

Art producer, Representative Director of Arts Commons Tokyo
藝術策展人。日本早稻田大學畢業後，前往法國里昂第二大學攻讀文化政策與藝術管理。2009年至2013年，擔任首屆東京藝術節Festival/Tokyo (日本最大的劇場表演藝術祭) 節目總監。2006年至2010年於橫濱成立「橫濱藝術平台：陡坡工作室」擔任總策畫。2012年創立「東亞駐地對話」(r:ead)，建立東亞藝術家、策展人與藝術評論的溝通平台。2014年於東京創辦非營利藝術組織「藝術公社」擔任代表理事，致力於日本及海外各地建立藝術家與社會交流網絡平台，推動各類藝術製作、策展、顧問及總策畫。
Art producer. After graduating from Waseda University she studied cultural policy and arts management at the University of Lyon II. She was the first Program Director of Festival/Tokyo, Japan’s leading performing arts festival, from 2009-2013, as well as the first Director of Steep Slope Studio in Yokohama from 2006-2010. She created the residency program r:ead (Residence East Asia Dialogue) and works to build platforms across Asia for better communication through the arts and criticism. In 2014, she established NPO Arts Commons Tokyo, an independent platform and network for Asian art professionals to update the relation between arts and society today. As representative director of this new independent organization, she is working for many different projects as producer, curator, director and consultant in Japan and overseas.
