Through publication of personally created CD-ROMs and the cult communication, Jun-honn Kao fulfilled himself socialized purpose of self-expression/ artistic voicing, so as bygone and little-known incidents were collected and magnified, which had another kind of action meaning: making another loud blast to society, and cutting again in the line of history. Jun-honn KAO

Kao was born in Taipei.He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, National Institute of the Arts in 1998 and is currently a graduate student in the Institute of Fine Art Creativity, Taipei National University of the Arts. He is concerned with contemporary art and thinking. His works are mainly visual art type relating to the body, image and region.

In 2004, he went to Germany as part of the CCA global talent nurturing plan and in 1999, 2003 and 2005 he received individual sponsorship from the National Culture and Arts Foundation. Since 1996, his works have been shown in solo exhibitions in Kaohsiung, Hsinchu and Taipei etc and he has taken part in over 20 joint exhibitions.
