| Taishin joined the National Culture and Arts Foundation in supporting the second "Exceptional Programming in the Performing Arts" to encourage the creation and production of site-specific works.Groups and projects included U Theatre’s Swift Hero, Taipei Philharmonic Orchestra’s Vanishing Empire, Creative Society’s The Reciprocity of Time, Golden Bough Theatre's Classic of Mountains and Seas, Chai Found Music Workshop's Instruments of the East: Journey to the West, and the Scarecrow Contemporary Dance Company’s After Hans Christian Anderson, 1805-1875.
